Service Description
This course is designed for the everyday patrol officer who encounters situations of having to make entry into buildings and clear the rooms within. Officers who attend this course will receive training in a crawl, walk, run fashion. Officers will learn single-man, two-man, three-man, and up to four-man entry techniques that will benefit them in their job duties on a daily basis to conduct a building search effectively. Even though this course is for the everyday patrol officer, it draws techniques from other courses we provide, such as active shooter, SWAT tactics, and CQB techniques. EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Training Clothing. Vest, Duty Belt, Handgun, Rifle, Pen, Paper. NOTE: MACLEA has moved! We are still on the Mineral Area College campus, but are now located inside the Industry and Technology Center.
